Leftover Mashed Potato Waffles
Every time I make these mashed potatoes for dinner, I always always have heaps leftover, because we are more about the main dish than the side and I can never eat much-mashed potatoes.
I hate wasted food, so am always making patties or similar with the leftover mashed potato, but today I fancied waffles of the savoury variety, so dug out my waffle maker to make some delicious waffles to go with a bowl of soup.
