How to make a healthy mango smoothie

There’s only a few simple ingredients you’ll need to make this smoothie. You can find them all at your local grocery store and it can be very affordable. Especially if you consider how much people spend at juice/smoothie bars!

  • raw cashews

  • vanilla extract

Description

This dreamy, tropical healthy mango smoothie has all the bases covered—healthy fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals, plus, it tastes great! The addition of coconut oil helps give your body an energizing boost, while being easy on the digestive system. 


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup peaches (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place spinach, water, cashews, and coconut oil in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

Notes

If smoothie is too thick, add a little water and blend again.
